Rick has been processing physical damage claim assignments since 1981.  He has prior experience as a service advisor and body shop manager.  He was part owner of a Chrysler Plymouth dealership in Ohio.  Rick is a heavy equipment specialist and is a graduate of the I-Car courses.  Rick has been associated with IIA since 1990.
