Carl has been in the insurance claims business for 34 years.  He has a thorough knowledge of multi-line clam procedures specializing in property claims and special investigations.  Carl has previous experience as an adjuster, claims supervisor, law enforcement Chief of Police, and has prior catastrophe loss experience.  Carl founded IIA of America, Inc. in 1980 and continues to serve in the capacity of CEO of IIA’s operations in Ohio and Pennsylvania.  Carl has an undergraduate degree from Youngstown State University and is a Certified Law Enforcement Executive.
