Bill worked previously as a manager and supervisor with various trucking companies in their service departments.  Bill has a thorough working knowledge of trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.  Bill handles physical damage claims, multi-line claim adjustments, and is a heavy equipment specialist.  Bill has also served as a catastrophe claims adjuster handling property claims. Bill has been associated with IIA since 2001.
